SmartPill 1 on Window Server 2003
It seems that I cannot enable the PHP plug-in from FM preferences, plug-in screen. The plug-in is installed properly. Originally I was not able to see the plug-in in the preferences plug-in table until I've added the msvcr71.dll file at the path where FileMaker execute file resides. After that I was able to see the plug-in in prefences but it was not checked. When I try to check it to enable it tells me that FileMaker cannot enable the plug-in.
I've had issues like this before in Windows XP but after adding msvcr71.dll file everything worked fine.
Here are my specs,
Windows 2003 Server
FileMaker Pro 9.0v3
SmartPill version 1
If anyone knows how to fix this please feel free to let me know.

Can't get SmartPill1.0 to install
I'm having this same issue, was Lou's problem ever solved? I tried all the suggestions in this post as well as posts 156 and 117.
Installed .net 2.0 and made sure mscvr71.dll was installed. FMS9 and Windows server 2003.

A few suggestions/questions:
1. We're talking FileMaker SERVER, correct? If so, did you restart FileMaker Server after doing the install?
2. Did you try running Dependency Walker (http://www.dependencywalker.com/)? If so, did it find anything that was missing?
3. Have you tried installing SmartPill version 1.5 or 2.0?

We're actually working with
We're actually working with FileMaker Pro 9.0v3 on a Windows 2003 Server, Service Pack 2. The .NET 2.0 Framework is installed, and the msvcr71.dll file is in the FileMaker Pro application folder. However, the Dependency Walker is reporting an error that it can't find the msvcr71.dll with SmartPill 1.0. It also reports problems with fmwrapper.dll, php5ts.dll, and dwmapi.dll. All files except for dwmapi.dll exist in the FileMaker folder.
Version 1.5 does not load either. Dependency Walker only reports issues with fmwrapper.dll and dwmapi.dll in this version, since the php5ts.dll and msvcr80.dll files are embedded in this version of the plugin.
Any suggestions?

I wonder if there's some type of environment/path issue on the machine? The only DLL that I've had reported missing is msvcr71.dll.
Perhaps reinstalling FileMaker would help?
I'm guessing this is just one specific machine?
