Upgrade
If you purchased a license prior to July 14, 2008, then you need to purchase an upgrade in order to use SmartPill version 2. The process is simple, just navigate to your account page and click on the “My Licenses” tab where you’ll see an “Upgrade Now” button next to each of the licenses you’ve purchased. If a license is marked “Current”, then no upgrade is required (it will work with version 2).
Keep in mind that you need to be logged in to access your account page. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your user name at the top right of the page. Clicking this link will take you to your account page.
We also offer upgrades to increase the number of licensed users. For example, you may own a 10 user license but you’d like to upgrade to a 25 user license. Please contact us if you’re interested in this type of upgrade.
